These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at gbse.com.ph (the “Site”), operated by Global Business Solutions and Entrepreneurship (“GBSE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing, browsing, or submitting an inquiry through the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GBSE.

2. Who we are

GBSE is a strategy, advisory, and enterprise-development firm based in the Republic of the Philippines. The Site provides information about our approach, services, and thinking, and allows prospective clients to submit inquiries and applications for engagement.

3. Eligibility and business use

The Site and our services are intended for businesses, organizations, and professionals. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the authority to enter into these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent.

4. Inquiries, applications, and no client relationship

Submitting an inquiry or application through the Site does not create a client, advisory, consulting, or fiduciary relationship between you and GBSE, and does not obligate GBSE to provide any services. A professional relationship is formed only upon the execution of a separate written engagement agreement signed by both parties. Any information you share prior to such an agreement is provided voluntarily and at your own discretion.

5. Engagements governed by separate agreements

Where GBSE agrees to provide services, those services will be governed by a distinct written engagement agreement setting out the scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, and other terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement will control with respect to the services described in it.

6. Website content is informational, not professional advice

The content published on the Site, including articles, frameworks, and insights, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute strategic, financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for a tailored engagement with GBSE or a qualified professional. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on Site content.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, methodologies, frameworks, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is owned by or licensed to GBSE and is protected by intellectual property laws.
